McDonald's offers a mix of experiences, from exceptional staff and delicious food to cleanliness issues and noise disturbances. While some reviewers praise the consistency, cheap prices, and speed of service, others highlight disappointments like incorrect orders, dirty facilities, rude customer service, and additional charges for toilets. The ambiance is described as noisy due to kitchen sounds and loud music. Despite positive aspects like tasty food and attentive staff in some cases, overall ratings are affected by cleanliness concerns and disruptive noise levels.

Niet te vreten! Onaardige medewerkers, klantonvriendelijk! The worst McDonald’s experience I have had so far. As a customer I did feel unheard. I had ordered two fries. They both tasted like rubber and were therefore inedible, not up to McDonald’s standards for fries. I returned them to the counter because I was dissatisfied with the quality. At firsthand I was approached in a very distrustful way, then one of the employees asked me how long ago I have ordered the fries. The issue was not that they were cold, but rather that they were not fresh.Well the real issue began right after I asked for a new packet of sauce. They told me that even after my complaint, I had to pay for my new sauce, if I wanted it of course. They told me the issue was only with the fries and not the sauce packet. And mind you, I have ordered the sauce to go with the fries. The sauce was already gone because I put it on top of my fries in the burger emballage.I briefly told them that it is very unkind to treat customers this way and that I am unsatisfied by the way this issue had been handled. I did not want to have a big discussion about it. Nor did I have time for this. The reason why I am writing this exuberant review is because I am a mystery shopper. Therefore it breaks my heart if a service or quality is not satisfactory.Furthermore, I have seen several infringements of the HAACP.I had just given my receipt to the employee that would give me new fries. He threw the receipt away in the bin. Not knowing he did this, I asked him were my receipt is because I’d liked to have it back. And he dared to put his hands back into the bin to grab my receipt. He did not wash his hands afterwards and continued to prepare my new fries with his dirty hands. I obliviously did not eat them after that. I threw them away.Unfortunately, they did not apologise nor did they ask me if I was satisfied with this solution. This is not the McDonald’s I am familiar with. Because at all other McDonald’s restaurants I have always felt heard as a customer. In the end, It was not about money nor time. Because if that was the case, I would have just thrown away the fries and walked away. For me it is about the principle. The principle that customers pay for something with their hard earned money, and get so little in return. It is about a free market, Adams smith’s idea that sellers will compete for the quality and customers satisfaction for a good.I will avoid McDonald’s from now on. This was the final straw. Or as they say in dutch, dit was de druppel.

The food was okay but the service was slow and staff did not seem concerned at all to hurry up orders and were not as friendly either which let this restaurant down. I would however visit again.

McDonald's is a classic, fast food burger store. There is nothing different here. It's very cheap compared to other places, but I feel that they are trying to change and go to more premium choices. This is not McDonald's. They are famous for their consistency, their cheap food, their speed, and their delicious sweets. The service could be a lot better, because some order machine were out of order and there were big lines waiting to order.

The worst MC I've ever seen. Very dirty inside. No chargers. The toilet costs 50 c, even if you making order. Expensive tea... And long queue to the toilet.
