How much does Midco Sports Plus cost?
A monthly subscription to Midco Sports Plus is $9.99 per month, plus applicable taxes. Subscriptions will automatically renew until canceled. CCHA package details coming soon.
Do I need to be a Midco customer to get Midco Sports Plus?
No. Midco Sports Plus is a standalone product and you do not need to have any other Midco services.
Will my subscription auto-renew?
Yes. To ensure you never miss a game, subscriptions will automatically renew every month from the date purchased and billed to the payment method provided. To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to your next billing date.
How do I stream Midco Sports Plus across all my devices?
After creating an account on MidcoSportsPlus.com, use your account credentials to log into Midco Sports Plus on any supported device or application. You may stream on up to three devices at one time.
Trouble creating an account?
Double check that you are using a valid email address and your password is at least eight (8) characters in length. If the issue persists, contact the support team by clicking CONTACT SUPPORT located within the FAQ page.
Forgot your password?
Navigate to MidcoSportsPlus.com from a web browser (IE not supported) and follow these steps:
- Click the More dots icon in the top right corner of your screen.
- From the drop-down menu, click LOG IN and the login box will open.
- Click Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address associated with your Midco Sports Plus account and click Send E-mail.
- Follow the instructions in the email and use the token to reset your password.
Didn’t get a password reset email? First check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still do not receive a password reset email, visit the FAQ page andCONTACT SUPPORT to submit a ticket.
Need to change your password?
Navigate to MidcoSportsPlus.com from a web browser (IE not supported) and follow these steps:
- Click the More icon in the top right corner of your screen.
- Click Account Settings.
- Click EDIT next to your password and update. Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Depending on your method of subscription, the process will differ. Be sure to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date to avoid being charged.
If you subscribed on the MidcoSportsPlus.com website, you can cancel via your Account Settings on a web browser only. Navigate to MidcoSportsPlus.com from a web browser (IE not supported) and follow these steps:
- Click the More icon in the top right corner of your screen.
- Click Account Settings.
- In the subscriptions section, click Cancel subscription.*
*If there is not an option to cancel your subscription within Account Settings, then your subscription is managed through an app store. Navigate to the app store or channel in which you subscribed, open your account page and cancel the active subscription.
