Also, we work with the HMI or Howler Monkeys Inc, they provide us with pages and info about ghosts. You can read about them here.

Requirements for G.I.T Agents:

• Proficient knowledge of Gorilla Tag and its community.
• Strong investigative skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to engage in thorough research across social media platforms (Discord, Reddit, Facebook, Google, YouTube, etc.).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow HMI protocols.

Urgent Notice: New Threat - Dr. Harrison Lecter

HMI Classification: APOLLYON

We regret to inform the community of a newly identified and highly dangerous ghost entity, Dr. Harrison Lecter. This ghost poses a significant threat to Gorilla Tag, its players, and the HMI. Dr. Lecter is capable of causing real-life manifestations and harm to players. Immediate caution and preparedness are essential.

Description: Dr. Harrison Lecter, a once-renowned neurosurgeon born on November 17, 1949, who fell into madness, now haunts the Gorilla Tag mines. In his spectral form, he appears with a medical mask and doctor's hat, emitting a color code of Red: 7, Green: 4, Blue: 3. He is often described as PBBV's father.

Behavior:

• Dr. Lecter hides for long periods, creating an eerie atmosphere before revealing himself.
• He chases players while screaming phrases such as "YOU REQUIRE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE, RESISTANCE IS FUTILE" and "YOU ARE THE ONE WHO DID THAT TO HIM, AREN'T YOU?"
• If players escape, he exhibits deep emotional distress, clawing and sobbing at PBBV's grave.
• He can mimic player voices, further enhancing his threat.
• Warning broadcasts from Lemming, Gorilla Tag's creator, may precede his manifestations.

Anomalous Properties:

• Dr. Lecter can traverse between the virtual and physical realms.
• He can manifest physically at a player’s location, often wielding a spectral medical saw.
• His known actions include physical harm, psychological distress, and extended arm length (long-arms).

Incident Report Dr. Lecter-A: On [REDACTED], Dr. Lecter manifested at a player's home, causing significant distress and property damage. The affected player was banned from Gorilla Tag for a week following the incident. This underscores the urgent need for players to evacuate immediately upon encountering Dr. Lecter.

Players must leave the game immediately and secure their physical location if they encounter Dr. Lecter. History

On August 6th, 2021, Gorilla Tag ghosts were born. The first ghost ever created, was PBBV. (Created by ChippdBanjo) She is the original creator of the PBBV ARG (Click here for the PBBV Wiki) and created the Gorilla Tag horror genre. On August 23rd of 2021, Gorilla Tag's biggest YouTuber, Jmancurly created a series of videos investigating PBBV. After the publication of these videos, many ghosts followed suite, and many ghosts like Echo and Daisy09 were created. Many months passed and other ghosts started popping up, and the birth of HMI was born, Gorilla Tag's ghost protection agency.
